The Rules Of Attraction WORK

Your responses to the challenges you face can make you stronger. In that way, the law of attraction can be useful when it encourages such strength. However, it should not be applied negatively or it can be more destructive than helpful.

The Rules of Attraction

How the law of attraction works can differ depending on who you talk to, but it has several foundational behaviors. The first is a mindset, and the second is action. Some theories claim that you create a pull between you and what you desire in life when you focus intently.

This is integral to the law of attraction. What we put out into the world we get back. How we treat others has a direct impact on our lives. If you disrespect someone, you fuel them with reasons to do the same.

Like many other aspects of your life, your dreams only work if you do. It's one thing to have a positive outlook on life, but that can only smooth the path. It isn't what takes you places. And that's not what the law of attraction is.

You have probably noticed the law of attraction in your own life. For example, a person who complains all the time typically attracts friends or followers who also have a bad attitude. Or happy and energetic people will attract other motivated go-getters into their circle.

But a short list of scientific rules for the game of love is emerging. Some are as clearly defined as the prominent, feminine eyes of a supermodel or the desirable hips of a well-built man. Other rules work at the subconscious level, motivating us to action for evolutionary reasons that are tucked inside clouds of infatuation.

Yet many researchers are not sold on the idea that these odorless compounds play a role in human attraction. Count evolutionary biologist Jianzhi Zhang of the University of Michigan among the skeptical.

It probably comes as little surprise people are drawn to individuals with similar attitudes and values, as psychologist Eva Klohnen at the University of Iowa found in a 2005 study of newlywed couples. These characteristics are highly visible and accessible to others and can play a role in initial attraction.

The rules of attraction make up a pretty long list. No scientist knows the order of the list. But near the top is perhaps one of the toughest characteristics to gauge in advance in the search for the perfect partner.

Of all the 12 universal laws, the law of attraction undoubtedly gets the most attention. Simply put, this spiritual principle suggests that like attracts like and positive thinking can usher in a more positive reality.

Or, as professional intuitive Tanya Carroll Richardson puts it, the law of attraction is like "putting in an order with Spirit. Then Spirit will look around to find the best match for your manifestation request."

Anyone prone to worry should also know that the law of attraction isn't a punishment. As Kaiser notes, "When people first learn and start to practice this law, sometimes they get worried that if they have bad thoughts or low vibrations, they can somehow mess up their life." Nobody is perfect, and we can use the law as "a mirror of our own mindset and self-worth" when we're working through a challenging phase.

Given how critical emotional need satisfaction is to attraction it is curious that few people know what their own top four personal and emotional needs are (while at the same time unfairly expecting our romantic partner and loved ones to intuitively figure our needs out). I created a free quiz so that you can identify your own needs in about twenty minutes here.

The law of attraction stems from the principle that like attracts like, says Christy Whitman, a master-certified law of attraction coach in Scottsdale, Arizona, the founder of The Quantum Success Coaching Academy and author of The Desire Factor.

A small, 2018 study from Negros Oriental State University found that participants who underwent a 29-day training on the tenets of the law of attraction reported significantly higher levels of happiness and gratitude after learning these principles when compared to the control group[1]Albina A. The Law of Attraction Positive Thinking and Level of Gratitude towards Happiness. CMU Journal of Science. 2018;22:15-22. .

There is a great deal of overlap between the law of attraction and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy and positive psychology, says Nolan, adding that studies on the various aspects of positive thinking suggest it is linked to the following health benefits:

The law of attraction is founded on the premise that the quality of our most prevalent thoughts, moods and attitudes determines the quality of what we manifest in our lives. This encourages us to deliberately guide the direction of our own thoughts, and to choose our perceptions, moods, attitudes and expectations on purpose, says Whitman.

Giving your attention to the negative can wreak havoc on personal relationships. This mentality can help free us from bad relationships with relatives or a spouse. "Nothing can come into your experience without your personal attraction to it," they say.

The law of attraction states that we attract events and situations of similar frequency as our feelings, thoughts and beliefs. Be it consciously or without our knowledge, we constantly broadcast a vibrational energy that determines the circumstances, experiences and people we attract or repel. Also known as the law of manifestation, this tenet places emphasizes on the power that our thoughts can have over the outcomes or events in our lives.

Whether you desire to manifest love, success or happiness, manifestation techniques can prove to be powerful tools to help you bring the positive shift you desire. Although there is limited science to back up whether such techniques based on the law of attraction work, studies so far suggest they can definitely help you on your journey to getting what you want.

Little did we know, the rules of attraction are really all about calculation going beyond how we act and what we say to someone else. It is more about how we are biologically wired through our genes and our brains.

In fact, psychologist J. Philippe Rushton of the University of Western Ontario has told LiveScience some genes work well when combined with other genes, so these tend to cause an attraction between certain people.

You have probably heard of success stories, and wished to be part of this success. You most probably want to use the law of attraction to attract money and achieve your goals. You want to use it for losing weight and for improving your life.

If you wish to learn how to put the law of attraction work for you, and learn about creative visualization, the technique that uses it and makes it manifest, read the book Manifest and Achieve Whatever You Want. 041b061a72
